Step in and it feels like walking into a friend's front room — old timber, upcycled sewing-machine tables, and the smell of cake.

Rekindle has sat on the same corner of SS2 since around 2014, built the slow way from reclaimed wood and revived furniture into the kind of small, wholly welcoming café that regulars quietly guard as their own.
